A Gift From The Lithuanian Foundation To Its Supporters – Nicole Zuraitis’ Concert At Jazz In The Canyon

With many generous donors in California, the Lithuanian Foundation has decided to organize an event in Topanga (Los Angeles area), inviting all current and future members and donors to a charity event – a Jazz in the Canyon concert, on October 14, 2023.

The event brought about many unexpected meetings, new acquaintances, and friendships. The beautiful weather, the setting sun, the wine, and, of course, the wonderful concert by the Grammy-nominated, Lithuanian-born jazz vocalist, composer, and pianist Nicole Zuraitis and her bandmates enchanted the audience.

Nicole Zuraitis, a New York-based jazz singer, songwriter, pianist, arranger, and songwriter with a beautiful voice, charmed Californians with her singing and pleasant interactions. The award-winning singer performed with her husband, drummer Dan Pugach. Their arrangement of Dolly Parton’s Jolene was nominated for a Grammy in 2019. N. Zuraitis has recorded six albums.

The Foundation would like to thank Jonas Didžbalis, a member of the LF Executive Committee, and all the collaborators who contributed to the preparation of the event, without whom this entertaining event would not have happened.
